Deposit Rules:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.

• The weekly withdrawal limit varies according to membership tier.
• Mbaje reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

Mbaje offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before accepting.

General Bonus Usage Rules:

• Each bonus requires a specific wagering requirement to be met before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements are generally 15–30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus validity periods generally range from 7 to 30 days.
• The same person may not claim a bonus more than once.
• Maximum bet amount with bonus funds is fixed — typically ৳500 per round.

Mbaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is detected — such as multiple accounts or coordinated betting — the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided from the relevant account.

All games on the mbaje platform are operated by third-party providers and are built to the highest fairness standards (RNG certified).

• If a bet is voided due to a technical error in any game, the relevant amount will be refunded.
• Mbaje is not responsible for any game interruption caused by loss of internet connection.
• Mbaje is not liable for incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a programming error.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned in Sports Betting, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the applicable rules.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.

Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be raised with the support team within 48 hours. Complaints submitted after this period will not be accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mbaje and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering with false or fraudulent information.
• Opening multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Placing coordinated or ring-play bets to exploit bonuses.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to play games.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Collecting personal information from other members or engaging in harassment.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform for personal gain.
